Eploration and Free Play with instruments for up to 15 minutes sets the stage for the next 45 minutes of EXCITING, guided musical activities-singing games, instrument play-alongs, creative movement, story time, and circle dances are among the many wonderful activities planned just for your special occassion. ATTENDANCE AND RECOMMENDED AGES

Up to 12 children may be in attendance. (Additional children: $5 per child) A Kindermusik Party is best suited for ages 6 months to 7 years. The 45 minute party is recommended for those under 18 months old.

ADULTS IN ATTENDANCE

We invite EVERYONE to get involved, no matter what your age! For children up to 3, there must be one participating adult with each child. For children over 3 years, adult participation is encouraged, but optional. We do ask that at least one adult be in attendance for every 5 children.

WHAT COMES FIRST?

Plan to start your party with Kindermusik. For the first 15 minutes as children arrive, they can explore the many instruments and props. Then the Festivities begin! Food, toys, and gifts should come after we leave so the children can fully enjoy the Kindermusik experience without distractions.

PARTY LOCATION AND IN-STUDIO AMENITIES

Option 1: Have your party in our Kindermusik Studio at Mary's Music Store, where we have all of our weekly classes. Kindermusik activities will take place in our music and movement classroom, and afterwards refreshments will be held in the adjoining space off of our fully-functional kitchen. You may use the kitchen and fridge to store any goodies until refreshment time. Any food preparation must be done at home. The best part of having the party In-Studio is there is no set-up or cleaning for you!

Option 2: We come to you! You find the place to hold the party-at a community center, clubhouse, church, or your home-anywhere suitable to accomodate a group of children having FUN! We'll bring the instruments, props, costumes, CD Player, and the entertainment. If you are planning on using an area in your home, please move the furniture around to help create a large open space and remove all toys from that area.

The most successful Kindermusik parties are held indoors in a large room with open floor space and as few distractions (such as food, toys, and other activities) as possible. NOTE: The space must be large enough for all in attendance to sit and stand in a circle as well as move around freely.

SCHEDULING

Parties are scheduled on demand but we recommend reserving approximately one month in advance.

PAYMENT

Payment is due at time of booking. Please make check payable to "Tiffany Hilliker" and mail to Tiffany Hilliker, 409 Bluff Drive, Clarksville, TN 37043. Or pay half at time of booking, with the balance due upon arrival at the party. Fee is partially refundable if you cancel the party-A $35 cancellation fee is charged. Please ask about special rates if you are outside of the Clarksville area.
